$650 Full Day
-  A "Full Day" is considered 10 hours. Beyond the 10th hour, The Studio Center
may charge an additional $100 per hour, or portion of an hour, thereafter.

$425 Half Day
-  A "Half Day" is considered 5 hours and begins predominantly in the morning or afternoon, 
but not excessively straddling the noon hour, thereby consuming most of an entire day. Beyond
the 5th hour, The Studio Center may charge an additional $75 an hour, or portion thereof, if the 
studio is available.

$135 Hourly
- This rate is perfect for those who want to do a quick shoot on our pre-lit green screen. Get in and 
get out without a Full Day or Half Day rate.

Studio rental includes electrical power used, including air conditioning, use of The Studio Center's 
lighting instruments, stands and accessories, and stage management assistance, without additional
charge.

Beyond the 10th hour, The Studio center may charge an additional $100 per hour, or portion
of an hour thereafter.


Studio Booking Policies

-  Unless arrangements have been made in advance, payment is due and payable prior to any use
of the studio on the day of the booking.  If Client prepays the booking rental, The Studio Center will
offer a discount off the normal rate.

-  All bookings are considered pre-emptable, unless and until, a $200 non-refundable deposit is paid
to secure the date(s) and time(s).

-  When a booking is scheduled without a deposit, it will be held unless another booking is taken for 
the same time and that customer tenders a non-refundable deposit. Likewise, a booking may be changed
or cancelled, without penalty, when there is no deposit.

-  Prior to any use of the studio, clients are to secure liability insurance in the amount of 
$1,000,000, naming The Studio Center, its owners, employees, and contractors as "also insured".

-  All persons, customers, crew, talent, guests, and any associates, shall be required to sign a
 "Hold Harmless and Indemnification" agreement prior to entry into or the use of the studio.
