Frank
has been a filmmaker since he was
12. His career has taken him through 10
years in broadcasting, 10 years in market-
ing and advertising, and over two decades
in professional video. As the owner of The
Studio Center in Sacramento, California,
Frank has realized his dream of building
a facility where like-minded talents can
find the tools and people to create projects
that would have been much more difficult
to accomplish if attempted individually. Frank is respected as a
top creative talent in Northern California, besides revitalizing his
filmmaking career with over twenty short movies and two full length
features in the last few years.
